What we collect
When you use this website or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact info: name, email, business name, phone number — only when you submit a form.
- Message content: whatever you write in our contact forms.
- Analytics: anonymous data about how you use the site (pages visited, time on site, device type) via standard analytics tools.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies to make the site work. No tracking cookies without consent.
How we use it
We use your data to:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Send the marketing audit or proposal you asked for
- Understand how people use our site so we can make it better
- Keep backups of contact form submissions for our own records
We do not sell your data. Ever. We don't share it with anyone except our essential service providers (email delivery, hosting). We don't send marketing emails unless you've explicitly signed up for them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to how we use it
- Request a copy in a portable format

Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 3 years for record-keeping. Analytics data is anonymised and kept for 26 months. Client data is kept for as long as you're a client, plus 6 years for tax/legal reasons.

We use essential cookies for site functionality. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies without your consent. You can disable cookies in your browser but some features may break.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
